About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Analyst and contribute to driving business growth through data insights. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Your primary focus will be on gathering requirements, determining the best course of action for analysis, and defining robust datasets and dashboards to support key business processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and client services teams to support decision-making with facts, insights, and recommendations.
  • Analyze and evaluate A/B tests, report results, and recommend next steps.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support company growth by discovering, analyzing, and communicating critical user behavioral data.
Requirements
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, cleaning, or visualization using SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or other technologies.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Digital Analytics such as Snowplow, GA4.
  • Understanding of modern data warehousing solutions.
  • Able to work collaboratively, respectfully, and service-focused.
  • Passion for data and drive to communicate using data.
