Job Description

We are seeking an organized and skilled Product Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day product workstreams, sprints, launches, and bug fixes.

  • This role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys managing details and people, and is invested in building high-quality, high-impact tech products.

The successful candidate will work with the CEO to manage timelines and blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sprint and Workflow Management: Organize, run, and monitor daily product workstreams and agile sprints.
  • Quality Control: Partner with the CEO to ensure quality standards across product releases.
  • Roadmap and Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap.
  • Team and Capacity Management: Oversee and support our Manila-based team.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across design, product, tech, and operations to ensure alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex product workflows and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with remote teams and ability to manage capacity, prioritize tasks, and drive accountability without micromanagement.
