Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing product development lifecycle, supplier relationships, and financial data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, including communication, sample sourcing, pricing negotiation, and timeline management.
  • Conduct financial analyses for new and ongoing products, including cost and margin analysis, to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product requirements and ensure that activities align with product development timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and source new suppliers to meet business needs, including researching and evaluating potential suppliers for new or existing projects.
  • Manage timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all new products launched per season.
  • Ensure Production team conducts contract negotiations with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Document and track internal processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Financial Analysis and Data Analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • English language proficiency.
