As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction through effective coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives.

About the Role

This role involves supporting senior account managers in managing client relationships, executing brand strategies, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

  • Coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure timely deliverables and exceed client expectations
  • Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and updates for internal teams and clients
  • Support in developing and implementing brand strategies for both clients and the organization
  • Manage clients' brand presence on social media and other marketing channels
  • Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field (agency experience preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles, good organizational and time management skills, proficiency in using productivity and project management tools, eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
