Leading Financial Operations Professional

This is a dynamic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships, as well as verifying and processing employee reimbursements.
You will collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate records and compliance, assist in preparing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, perform reconciliations and resolve variances during month-end close.
Additionally, you will support VAT/GST, payroll, and corporate tax filings, track expenses, and recommend cost-control improvements, identify automation opportunities, and enhance workflows through process optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of accounting experience (AP, payroll, and financial reporting).
- Experience with both Australian and US accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of IFRS & local accounting standards.
- Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills & exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
