
Customer Training Professional

RingCentral is seeking an experienced trainer to join its Customer Training team. As a key contributor, this role involves identifying training needs and delivering standard and tailored training within the customer training curriculum.
This position focuses on delivering Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and consultation for RingCentral products, with potential for additional responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess independent thinking and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:Learning Program Creation: Develop world-class customer-facing learning programs, applying adult learning principles to VILT formats.
Training Facilitation: Deliver high-quality instruction and engagement throughout customer-facing training sessions, providing engaging, visual, and hands-on learning experiences that drive customer success.
Training Consultation: Offer expert training consultation to customers, providing guidance on training strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
Collaboration: Maintain open partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs and priorities.
Process Improvement: Assist in content development to refine and improve course curriculum as needed, conduct training needs assessments, and translate requirements into effective training programs.
Multi-Tasking: Drive projects to completion within agreed-upon timeframes, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Resourcefulness: Seek continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry trends and implementing innovative training techniques.
Minimum 2 years of proven success with blended learning, including ILT and VILT, and systems training experience related to user implementation and adoption.
Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
Voice-over-IP or telephony experience is highly preferred.
