We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance and Training Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for customer support agents.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in training, quality assurance, or team development within a customer support environment. They will also demonstrate strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, high-level attention to detail, organized presentation and communication skills, familiarity with customer support platforms and ticketing systems, and proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain training materials, guides, and knowledge base content
  • Conduct regular quality audits of support interactions
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback and coaching to agents
  • Analyze trends in agent performance and player interactions
  • Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes, training programs, and player engagement strategies

Collaboration and Communication:

The successful candidate will work closely with CS Supervisors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned on new features, game updates, and support best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
