Conversion Rate Growth Strategist

This Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist role is a high-impact opportunity to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy, leveraging your technical expertise in A/B testing tools and web analytics platforms to optimize user experience and conversion rates across multiple touchpoints.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating insights effectively through data interpretation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction across the customer journey.
- Collaborate with developers to implement tests and validate results in production environments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO, incorporating new techniques and tools into our strategy as needed.
- 4+ years of proven experience in CRO, growth, or related roles.
- Strong technical expertise in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and strong SQL skills.
- Experience running experiments at scale (10–600M users/visitors).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong project management skills and experience driving initiatives end-to-end.
