We are seeking a seasoned Demand Generation professional to lead the development of our scalable and sustainable lead generation growth strategy.

This key role will be responsible for defining KPIs, setting performance targets, and developing a strategic roadmap to drive lead generation growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion
  • Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve targeting efficiency
  • Develop standardized vetting frameworks and continuously improve them in response to regulatory changes
  • Perform hands-on lead generation activities, including research, outreach, and pipeline management as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage teams effectively
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality and hands-on approach to execution
