Job Opportunity:

You will develop and implement marketing strategies centered on empathy-driven communications with users visiting obituaries. You will collaborate with our product team to enhance email capture rates, optimize conversion flows, and create engaging campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute high-volume email marketing campaigns across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Develop A/B tests to determine effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Create empathetic messaging that communicates value propositions while considering user emotions.
  • Recommend email platform consolidation and future platform selections to streamline operations and enhance campaign performance.
  • Champion customer-centric approaches and improve user journeys, collaborating with the product team to increase email capture rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Maintain subscriber data integrity through segmentation and list hygiene.

Your Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or similar field.
  • Proven experience in building high-volume email campaigns, focusing on empathy and conversion.
  • Strong background in various email marketing and automation platforms.
  • Ability to make strategic recommendations for email platform optimization and technology consolidation.
  • Results-driven approach with a growth mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic HTML and Salesforce experience required.
