The Role
As a RevOps Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing operations across Sales and Marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to enable customer-facing teams with the necessary systems, data, and processes to drive lead generation, sales conversions, customer retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
- Systems & Tools Management: Manage and optimize Salesforce setup and configuration for both Sales and Marketing teams, including page layouts, custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, processes, and reporting.
- Marketing Technology Stack Ownership: Oversee and optimize ParcelHero's entire marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all tools, with a focus on Hubspot.
- HubSpot & Salesforce Expertise: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for both Salesforce and Hubspot. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the capabilities of both platforms in alignment with revenue goals.
- Marketing Automation: Design, implement, and manage automated workflows in Hubspot and Salesforce to streamline marketing processes, improve lead nurturing, and increase efficiency.
- Email Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize all email marketing automation efforts within Hubspot, including lead nurturing flows to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and post-sale customer engagement.
- Sales Process Optimization: Build, document, and maintain key sales processes (e.g., lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting). Partner with Sales leadership to continuously refine sales journey operations.
- Data Management & Analytics: Own all Sales and Marketing data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, customer retention, expansion, and onboarding progress.
- Lead Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate lead forecasting models to predict future lead generation and revenue performance. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to align forecasting with business objectives.
- Website Management Support: Collaborate with the Website Development team to ensure optimal website performance, user experience, and lead capture capabilities.
- Process Design & Optimization: Create scalable processes that support company growth and improve team efficiency across both Sales and Marketing functions. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks across tools.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RevOps Manager who possesses strong analytical skills, excellent project management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Hubspot marketing automation platform, and revenue operations principles.
Requirements:
- Highly fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations role with a focus on Salesforce administration and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales dynamics
- Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills
