Job Description

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to join our AI Safety Services team. As a Marketing Content Manager, you will play a critical role in driving qualified leads and influencing the annual pipeline through targeted programs. Your mission is to turn our company from the industry's best-kept secret into a trusted partner for safe, high-velocity AI services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campaigns, events, and content that move prospects from curiosity to closed-won.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps teams to drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple programs while keeping teams aligned and adapt to shifting requirements and tight timelines.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-value sales cycles and support cross-functional initiatives. You will be responsible for generating pipeline, accelerating deals, and cementing our company as a leader in AI safety services.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or tech-focused professional services.
  • Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project tools like Asana.
