- Predict underwriting success by analyzing submission patterns and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engagement strategies and satisfaction metrics
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, BI, or similar roles with a proven track record of delivering results
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel with ability to leverage these tools to drive business outcomes
- Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to tell compelling stories and drive cross-functional alignment
- Familiarity with underwriting workflows or submission quality analytics with a focus on process improvement
