Key Responsibilities
  • Lodge new applications with lenders and follow through to approval and settlement, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them updated on progress, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Organize valuations with lenders and book settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders, efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Verify that all settled files adhere to compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of quality control.
  • Update application trackers within CRM systems, providing real-time insights and visibility.
  • Monitor commission payments and maintain accurate diaries and email management, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Requirements
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50MBPS or higher is essential for optimal performance.
  • Access to own computer with necessary software and tools is required.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is mandatory.
  • Experience with Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, loan processing software, and potentially banking computer software is necessary.
