Job Summary

A Mortgage Broker Assistant plays a vital role in supporting mortgage brokers throughout the loan application process. This individual will be responsible for assisting with client information, liaising with clients to gather supporting documentation, conducting needs analysis, and preparing loan applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering quality client outcomes and working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage broker processes, proficiency in industry-standard software, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting mortgage brokers with client information and documentation
  • Assisting with loan applications and preparation of supporting documents
  • Conducting needs analysis and serviceability assessments
  • Preparing loan comparisons and packaging client loan applications
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years Australian experience supporting a mortgage broker or banking/lending industry
  • Experience with Aggregator CRM software and Applyonline/Simpology (LoanApp) lodgment systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment
  • IT savvy and able to learn software quickly
