Job Description

As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by providing administrative assistance, managing calendars, and coordinating internal and external activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Experience: You have at least one year of relevant work experience as a Remote/Executive/Administrative Assistant, preferably in a large international firm or organization.
  • Education: You hold a Bachelor's or Associate degree, with a strong emphasis on administrative skills and knowledge.
  • Flexibility: You are amenable to working on any shift schedule, including holidays, and willing to adapt to a hybrid work setup (three days onsite).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: You will manage calendars, ensuring all activities and appointments are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Meeting Coordination: You will arrange meetings, conferences, and other internal and external activities, booking conference rooms and venues, and coordinating with parties involved.
  • Travel Planning: You will plan and prepare travel-related needs, including flights, trains, hotels, cars, and itineraries.
  • Documentation and Correspondence: You will draft, revise, and proofread routine letters, memos, reports, emails, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Project Management: You will carry out assigned projects effectively and efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Confidentiality: You will ensure the confidentiality of restricted information, matters, issues, and personal effects of all allocations.
  • Relationship Building: You will foster good relationships with team members and stakeholders across the firm.
