Global Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Global Operations Coordinator to join our team in Manila, Philippines.

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to the operations team, managing general office admin support, reporting, and logistics. You will work closely with our Corporate Travel Consultant and possess strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tax exemption processes, including printing passports, stamping, and sending documents to authorities.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for related documents.
  • Provide support to stakeholders and the Operations team, managing daily office needs and general administrative activities.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc general administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of GDS in Amadeus is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to produce clear, well-written business emails.
  • Organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative.
  • Confident, proactive, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Act with honesty and integrity with colleagues and for long-term customer retention.
  • Passionate about delivering a superior customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, being accountable for performance.
  • Highly self-disciplined and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
