Job Description

The Patient Engagement Specialist is a critical member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and supporting the overall sales function with high-quality engagements.

This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Researching and qualifying potential clients through various channels.
  • Client Engagement: Conducting initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and position Flagler Health's offerings effectively.
  • Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings for the sales team by engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships.
  • CRM Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records in the company's CRM system.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B sales.
  • Experience working with medical professionals or in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle objections and think on your feet during conversations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Notion.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
