The Patient Engagement Specialist is a critical member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and supporting the overall sales function with high-quality engagements.
This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Researching and qualifying potential clients through various channels.
- Client Engagement: Conducting initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and position Flagler Health's offerings effectively.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings for the sales team by engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships.
- CRM Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records in the company's CRM system.
- Market Research & Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B sales.
- Experience working with medical professionals or in a related field.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle objections and think on your feet during conversations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Notion.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
