Financial Operations Specialist

The Senior Accounts Payable Associate plays a pivotal role in streamlining the accounts payable and expenses process. This position collaborates closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and Supervising Associate to ensure efficient processing of vendor invoices and internal expenses.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process Accounts Payable vendor invoices and internal expenses in line with organizational policies and procedures.
- Process intercompany invoices, including appropriate offsets with international firms.
- Investigate and resolve ad hoc invoicing queries and escalations in a timely manner.
- Maintain data integrity in ledgers of legal entities.
- Provide regular training and guidance to offshore AP team members and business partners on accounts payable activities, including staff expenses claims.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding supplier invoices or internal expenses queries.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Accounts Payable or finance role within a large organization. End-to-end AP and intercompany processing experience is highly desirable.
