Administrative Support Professional

As a high-performing Administrative Support Professional, you will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft tools to support project updates and internal communications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion, acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and executive decision-making, ensuring information is relevant and industry-specific.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of proven experience in an administrative role; industry experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with executive priorities.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity and adherence to corporate confidentiality standards.
