Tax Management Opportunities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Tax Manager. This leadership position requires expertise in overseeing the preparation and management of federal and state income tax returns.

Responsibilities include reviewing and ensuring accuracy in the preparation of tax returns using advanced software, while maintaining compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business entity taxation and experience working with clients on complex tax matters.

This role also involves leading client communications, providing timely updates and clear information on open items and inquiries. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating coordination and effective communication.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in business entity tax preparation and review. Proficiency in advanced tax software is highly preferred, as well as the ability to manage clients, coordinate across teams, and maintain a professional attitude in a client-facing environment.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and manage workload distribution. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of high-value or complex entity clients and support strategic tax planning efforts.
