About the Role

This role involves handling customer inquiries in digital and voice channels to provide technical and product support. The successful candidate will ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems effectively.

  • Ba sic knowledge of operating systems and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities

The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical and product support to customers via digital and voice channels.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Staying up-to-date on product changes and new features, expanding knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Validating workflows and identifying patterns in customer feedback to inform internal discussions.
  • Ensuring customers understand key features and benefits aligned with their goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in at least one entry-level tech support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex customer issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathetic approach.
