Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidated Financial Reporting and Audit: Prepare monthly consolidated profit and loss reports, perform financial analysis and provide insights into budget performance and variances.
  • Cash Management and Treasury: Timely submission of monthly treasury report with analysis.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts and projections based on business performance.
  • Financing and Investments Analysis: Review loan and lease contracts and payment schedules, prepare real estate investment analyses.
  • Intercompany Reconciliation: Process intercompany transfers between subsidiaries and parent companies, prepare management fee invoices from holding companies to subsidiaries.
  • Tax and Other: Monitor timely filing of tax returns and communicate concerns to assigned accountants.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Previous work experience in accounting, audit or finance is also required. Knowledge of Sage accounting software is a plus. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and have good analytical skills. Autonomy, versatility and willingness to learn are also essential.

Work Environment
