Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee all aspects of our company's financial operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
  • Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and external audit standards.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to the accounting team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the FMCG or non-food sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
