Overview

We are is seeking for a dedicated, skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in this 100% remote role. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for various accounting duties and other tasks necessary to maintain accurate and detailed accounting records. This is a visible position within the organization. Our ideal candidate has a high level of curiosity, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close
  • Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
  • Work with other team members to efficiently carry out daily tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA or CPA candidate a plus
  • With 5 years of Accounting experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Self-motivated with the ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time and workload
  • Quickly adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail; able to methodically review the execution of procedures and identify issues
  • Proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications, experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
  • Amenable to work nightshift (Central Time)
  • Amenable to work ASAP
