About the Role

As a Senior Team Captain, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Overseeing the daily operations of multiple teams
  • Ensuring that all team members are performing at their best and meeting client expectations

You will work closely with our Service Delivery Manager and other stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve team performance. If you have excellent leadership skills and a passion for making a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience leading supervision/leadership roles
  • At least 3 years of Client facing experience
  • Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
