Project Manager

This is a senior role with extensive experience in managing large projects across different regions and cultures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Coordinate and complete large customer-facing projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Maintain working relationships with team members, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and drive technical issues to resolution.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Qualifications

  • Solid project management experience in delivering engineering services to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment preferred.
