About the Role

As a Senior Finance Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing accounting and finance operations. This role requires expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis, including month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor, tax, and reporting regulations.
  • Partner with project managers to develop and review project budgets, forecasts, and financial updates.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects and assignments as directed by leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA qualification required.
  • At least 15 years of post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a finance leadership or supervisory role.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and empower a diverse finance team.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
