Global Payments Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and optimize our international payment operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-border payments, bank transfers, and reconciliations. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive smooth financial operations in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage International Payment Processes: Oversee end-to-end processing of cross-border and multi-currency payments and bank transfers.
- Banking Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate detailed reports on payment activities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing multi-country payments or similar financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international banking systems and multi-currency payment processing.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
