Healthcare Payment Specialist Job Opportunity

As a skilled professional in medical billing, you will play a crucial role in securing payments for our clients' dynamic and growing healthcare facilities. Job Summary:

Leverage your expertise to manage the entire billing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate payment of claims. This is a remote position that offers flexibility in working from home, allowing you to contribute to our growing business while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage billing processes to secure payments from Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Co-insurance companies, and Long Term Care Insurance Companies.
  • Coordinate accumulation of information with various departments; post to resident accounts.
  • Review charges for accuracy, completeness, consistency and payers charged.
  • Prepare and issue accurate billing statements to the correct payer using electronic systems provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Discretionary judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn company IT systems.
