Job Overview

The role of a reservations sales specialist is to deliver exceptional travel advice and solutions to guests, embodying the IHG brand experience. As a critical customer touch point, take pride in educating guests about our brands and products, making creative decisions to meet their unique needs and drive revenue and loyalty.

This position requires a strong customer service and sales background, with the ability to balance sales with service. The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills, social intelligence, and the ability to adapt to technological and organizational changes.

  • Provide industry-leading reservation solutions in multiple languages to all guests.

Requirements

Education: Some secondary school; high school diploma preferred but not required.

Experience: Previous call center experience in sales capacity (non-scripted environment) or other call handling experience is preferred. Hotel/travel experience is desired.
