Job Title

A Bilingual Representative is needed to handle inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Resolve issues efficiently using first-call resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for inquiry resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Utilize internal knowledge bases and training to answer questions confidently.
  • Follow required scripts, policies, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Stay informed through regular training sessions and team meetings.
  • Meet attendance and schedule requirements.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong time management skills.
  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
