Digital Marketing Leader

Nexford University is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support the execution of global marketing projects that drive Nexford's growth.

  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Coordinate with content creators internally and externally to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to measure performance and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with senior marketing leaders to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing execution from campaign setup and reporting to content coordination and digital optimization.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in an online startup environment, be extremely comfortable with advanced software tools, and have hands-on experience with platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and email marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data and reporting dashboards.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
