Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)">
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting environment">
  • Clear and effective communication skills">
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics">
  • Ability to work within teams and meet deadlines">
  • Consulting skills, including presenting and explaining functionality">
  • Awareness of confidentiality and security policies">
  • Ability to learn subject matter and improve processes">
