Work you will do

As a globally recognized leader in consulting and Workday services, Deloitte's Workday practice helps organization harness the value of Workday's platform combined with human and financial capital to deliver services to help drive business impact. As a Workday professional, you will be responsible for assessing the HR needs of their clients in designing, developing and integrating HCM software to meet those needs and testing and troubleshooting implemented software to find and resolve errors. Lead design sessions on Workday Learning module with the clients; understand business requirements, demonstrate Workday solutions and configurations.

Offer effective suggestions on how to maximize Workday LearningWork with the Integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party vendors relating to Learning. Guide and manage clients during end-to-end testing of the implementation. Assist clients on transforming legacy data into Workday.

Deliver successful project outcomes and develop lasting client relationships. Share and participate in knowledge transfer sessions with other consultants and supports. At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent4 years of experience in HRIS projects and development4 years of project implementation & support experience in Workday Learning modules and touchpoints. Strong foundation and understanding in Human Capital Management and consulting experience. Knowledge of Workday Integration would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:Please provide must haves or good to have skills. Previous consulting experience with consulting/software company required. Experience in deploying multiple HCM projects.

Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
