Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage org-wide process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma
  • Collaborate with teams to simplify workflows and drive automation
  • Conduct and lead Lean Six Sigma training (Champion, Yellow, Green Belt)
  • Mentor and coach teams in using continuous improvement tools
  • Plan and execute initiatives aligned with company strategy
  • Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identify root causes and improvement areas, and report on progress
  • Oversee multiple cross-functional projects with stakeholders and managers
  • Drive cultural transformation, regional planning, and quality enhancement
  • Lead our business consultancy team and manage client-facing process reviews
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for both internal and external needs

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in contact center management
  • At least 1 year applying Lean Sigma/Six Sigma or Project Management tools
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (required)
  • Proven experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and reporting
  • Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills
  • Clear understanding of how to measure and ensure project success
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas (Pasig City) or Cubao (Quezon City)
  • Ready to start ASAP
