Senior Deployment Specialist

This role is responsible for the planning and execution of a comprehensive deployment strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a subject matter expert in Release Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage interdependencies and ensure alignment across all deployment activities.
- Oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve successful deployment outcomes.
- Facilitate training sessions and pilot programs to ensure smooth deployment.
- Monitor and report on deployment progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Develop and maintain deployment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the deployment strategy.
- Expert proficiency in Release Management.
- Proficiency in Banking and API Testing.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve deployment goals.
- Ability to analyze deployment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Location: Mandaluyong City
