About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating lending systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing ongoing technical support and maintenance.

You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges. This is a key position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and integrate lending systems, ensuring solutions meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Support system configuration, customization, and development activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure successful deployment and user acceptance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, deployment instructions, and support materials.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for implemented lending systems, addressing user queries and system incidents.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a business, actuarial, finance, or technology discipline.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in the consulting industry and/or financial services industry – banking institutions.
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asia market, core trends, and drivers, with proficiency in articulating regulatory, economic, technological, and business impacts on key institutions.
  • Experience in software development, system integration, or application support for lending systems within banking or financial services.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and integration approaches used in lending or financial platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical team members.
