Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist to lead our AI Engineering Team in designing and deploying cutting-edge AI systems and infrastructure at scale.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering, with expertise in designing and deploying AI systems and infrastructure at scale. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing engineering teams and overseeing the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution and optimization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the AI engineering team in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI products and solutions.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation within AI.
  • Align engineering strategies with business goals, ensuring AI solutions promote value for both our organization and its clients.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between product vision and technical execution.
  • Provide leadership in making critical engineering decisions, promoting a collaborative and team environment.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring delivery from concept to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Embed responsible AI practices into every phase of the product lifecycle— from conceptualization to deployment and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in AI engineering.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying AI systems and infrastructure at scale.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI-powered solutions that create value.
  • Deep understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks, cloud-based AI architecture, data pipelines, and distributed computing.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise product development, Agile engineering practices, and user-centric solution design in the context of AI applications.
