Job Overview

The Senior Credit Risk Manager is responsible for developing and managing credit risk strategies and policies. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and implement credit risk policies and frameworks to support sustainable finance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper execution of risk strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor, assess, and enhance credit risk management practices across portfolios to minimize risk exposure.
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations on ESG-related risk considerations to inform decision-making.
  • Support the business in making informed decisions by providing credit risk expertise and guidance.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in credit risk management, preferably in a financial institution or fintech company.
  • Strong background in credit risk, particularly in unsecured retail lending, payroll lending, and SME lending.
  • Highly knowledgeable in ESG and Sustainable Finance topics.
  • Additional qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, or CPA are highly valued.
