Job Opportunity: Resource Coordinator

The primary function of this role is to oversee the coordination of resources and schedules for a global support organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule engineering calendars and tickets across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate IT resources to drive task completion and optimize resource utilization.
  • Synchronize work schedules with internal teams and client contacts.
  • Manage technical resources in ticketing systems.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Evaluate, prioritize, and assign IT support requests.
  2. Monitor service personnel schedules for conflict-free coverage.
  3. Track resource schedules for timely service delivery.

Ticket Management:

  • Maintain deadlines and communicate scheduling changes or outages.
  • Resolve client complaints and conduct satisfaction surveys.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detailed-oriented decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient English language skills.
  • College degree or relevant work experience.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience in the MSP industry.
  • Familiarity with MSP tools and ticketing systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
