About the Role

This role combines digital marketing execution with brand design ownership, driving the company's growth through clarity, consistency, and impact.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who enjoys creative ownership and collaborates effectively with a small team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality newsletters and build HubSpot campaigns workflows forms and landing pages.
  • Report on performance and optimize campaigns for better results.

Content Creation and Social Media Execution
  • Publish social posts, collaborate with the video editor, write format and publish blog articles, produce case studies.
  • Research ICP fit of leads and provide lead scoring notes for sales teams.

Lead Operations and Brand Design
  • Import leads from Predictive Index three times per week.
  • Deliver creative assets, maintain the brand asset library, create sales enablement collateral.

Reporting and Optimization
  • Submit monthly marketing performance reports and recommend ideas for optimization or creative experimentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Experience in HubSpot campaign setup analytics.
  • Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva Adobe/InDesign tools.
  • Content Creation: Confident creating formatting blogs case studies social posts.
  • Lead Ops Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads scoring preparing for sales.
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong with numbers interpreting campaign performance suggesting improvements.
