Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled Site Logistics Associate to support the oversight of third-party logistics providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in tracking KPIs, monitoring contract obligations, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for regular reporting.
  • Track and document third-party compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms.
  • Support communication with logistics providers on operational concerns, delivery issues, and service disruptions.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for standard materials and services based on business needs.
  • Prepare reports and evaluations of logistics cost computations.
  • Verify compliance of partners with building and facilities management activities.
  • Prepare management reports related to food safety and sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Management or Engineering or related field.
  • 1 year end-to-end warehouse operations and supply chain management experience.
  • Strong data analysis and spreadsheet skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of contract terms and vendor compliance is an asset.
  • Willng to be assigned in Muntinlupa.
