Workforce Planning Professional Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Strategist to oversee workforce planning, monitor attendance and turnover rates, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless talent matching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the VP of Operations and/or COO involves providing critical support in workforce planning and management.
  • Data-driven forecast models are used to guarantee optimal staffing levels through accurate predictive analysis.
  • Daily attendance and turnover rates are monitored and managed closely.
  • Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams ensures new hires are matched with suitable clients efficiently.
  • Offboarding processes are meticulously managed to guarantee timely removal of employee tools and system access.
  • Tracking account churn and working closely with leadership is crucial for securing timely replacements.
  • Maintaining an organized database of active employees, including up-to-date organizational charts and reporting lines.
  • Regular workforce health updates and coordination with Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to meet staffing needs effectively.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Active employee count (by job level).
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD absenteeism rates.
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD attrition rates.
  • Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
  • Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs accurately.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
