Job Duties: As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts, troubleshooting technical issues, and selling new products and services. You will also utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems, and follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. You should also have the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute), as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer is also preferred.
