As a Technical Support Professional, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting issues related to POS and/or ERP software. You will work closely with our development team to resolve complex technical problems and implement new solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5-8 years of experience in IT/ERP implementation, a graduate degree in Engineering or Science, and excellent communication skills. A good understanding of Supply Chain processes and local statutory requirements is also essential.
