Our company is seeking an efficient Operations & Systems Coordinator to support our expanding business.
You will play a vital role in setting up essential tools, organizing data, and building dashboards that enable our operations to run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a remote part-time contractor position with opportunities for long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Systems Setup
- Implement and configure key tools such as Slack, help desk software, and internal dashboards.
- Set up and manage automation workflows using platforms like Zapier or GoHighLevel.
- Recommend and implement systems to enhance efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards integrating data from various platforms including Shopify and Square.
- Create reports tracking KPIs, sales performance, and staff productivity.
- Execute project-based operational tasks assigned by management.
- Take ownership of administrative and organizational needs as they arise.
- Act as a reliable partner to free up leadership time by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support recruitment workflows including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews for local staff.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or project support.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Slack, Shopify, Square, or other workflow/automation platforms is preferred but not required if willing to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones with a flexible schedule.
