About the Role:

As a specialist, you will be responsible for building and launching mobile platforms for our clients. This involves managing deployments, executing platform updates, and ensuring every build meets our quality standards.

What You'll Own:
  • Build client mobile platforms following our guidelines and best practices.
  • Execute branded app deployments, including testing and implementing updates.
  • Perform QA checks to ensure platform accuracy and functionality.
  • Log work and updates in internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues.
Success Metrics:
  • SLA Compliance: at least 95% of builds completed on time.
  • Internal Ticket Resolution Time: within 2 business days.
  • Deployment Volume: meets monthly team benchmarks.
