Learning Platform Specialist

A detail-oriented Learning Platform Specialist is required to provide technical assistance, user support, and platform administration for a Global Enablement & Education organization.

This role provides second-level support related to Learning Management System (LMS) issues, triaging and resolving customer inquiries while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve customer inquiries
  • Manage platform configurations
  • Ensure SLA adherence

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance platform functionality, improve processes, and deliver seamless integration of learning resources.

Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional teamwork skills
  • Ability to understand and adapt to new features and functionalities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with LMS platforms, experience with ticket management systems or incident resolution workflows, and knowledge of process documentation and continuous improvement methodologies.
