Job Overview

As a seasoned IT professional, this role involves providing level 2 technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Contribute to implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Ensure the optimal performance of client environments using remote management tools and best practices.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: At least 3 years' experience in a similar systems engineering role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
  • Proven ability to support cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.
